یونان میں موجود تمام وہ مزدورجولیگل کاغذات کیلئے درخواست دے سکیں گے انکے پاس مالک کے ساتھ کام کا تحریری معاہدہ اور مسلسل 3سال سے یونان میں ہونا بنیادی شرائط میں ہے.

مکمل کوائف کیساتھ فائل جمع کرانے کے 40دن کے اندرویویوسی اور اسکے بعد3سال کا لیگل کارڈ ملے گا جو رینیو ہو سکے گا.

1. WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE NEW LAW?

The person who A) has a written offer for work by an employer (ipefthini dilosi ergodoti) AND

b) They have been living in Greece till 30.11.2023 without adia diamonis (residence permit) AND

c) They are still living in Greece AND

d) Have 3 consecutive years of staying in Greece before their application.

ALL THE (a b c d) requirements have to be satisfied.

2. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

The interested person has to have a passport AND not be blacklisted AND has to pay paravolo 316€ (euros) AND has to submit a declaration by his employer (ipefthini dilosi) that he is going to be hired by him

3. FINAL DATE FOR APPLICATIONS 31.12.2024

4. The application is going to be submitted digitally to the “periferia” where he is going to be working as stated in the ipefthini dilosi of the employer,

5. The applicant first submits the application and takes a “vevaiosi katathesis” within 40 days of application. When he has the vevaiosi katathesis in 60 days he has to submit “symvasi ergasias” with the same employer that made the ipefthini dilosi , if not application is rejected.

6. The adia diamonis will have a validity of 3 years and then it can be renewed to normal adia diamonis

7. People who have applied for 7 years and have rejection can apply again with the new law

8. People who have applied for 7 years and are waiting can send extra documents (ipefthini dilosi ergodoti) and apply with the new law (it is not clear what will happen with the new paravolo

9. Every issue will be clarified with a ministerial decree (ipourgiki apofasi) (which we are waiting for).
